2. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the information available at the time of assessment. If additional issues are discovered once work begins, we will notify you before proceeding with any work outside the original scope.

• Verbal estimates are indicative only and not binding.

  3. Accepting a Quote

• Work begins once you have confirmed acceptance of a written quote in writing (email or message is acceptable) and agreed a start date.

• A deposit may be required on larger projects. This will be stated clearly in your quote.

  4. Payment

• Payment is due on completion of work unless a staged payment schedule has been agreed in writing.

• We accept bank transfer and cash. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice.

• Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  5. Our Work

• All work is carried out by qualified, experienced roofers and complies with relevant British Standards and building regulations.

• We are fully insured for public liability. Evidence of insurance is available on request.
• We will take reasonable care to protect your property during works. Any accidental damage caused by us will be reported to you immediately.

• We are responsible for removing and disposing of waste materials arising from the work.

  6. Workmanship Guarantee

• We guarantee our workmanship for [insert period] from the date of completion.

• This guarantee covers defects arising from our work. It does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, third-party interference, or neglect.

• Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be passed to you where applicable.

  7. Cancellations

• You may cancel a booking at any time before work begins by notifying us in writing.

• If materials have already been ordered specifically for your job, we reserve the right to recover the cost of those materials.

• We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.

  8. Disputes

• If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

• We will always attempt to resolve complaints directly and promptly.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
